  DO NOT USE THEM FOR COURT ORDERED TESTING. We chose this facility based on statements made by the President, Kevin Odenbaugh. We were assured that the facilities offered weekend testing and they were used to working with court orders. AFTER signing up we learned that the subject was able to dictate the random protocol by refusing to pay for her weekend tests and that there were no tests being performed on weekends. Our office was not notified of this until we attempted to have the subject called in for a test based on suspicion of alcohol abuse. Although CAL-Test was provided with a copy of the court orders, they continued to allow the subject to unilaterally decide when she would test or how often. When we attempted to clarify the testing and request that court orders be followed, they refused to do any more testing in our case. They are clearly not qualified to handle testing in family law matters where alcohol or drugs are at issue.

  Very professional and friendly staff. Won't let people try and cheat the system....highly recommend them for any test you may need.
