  Her whole staff worked to represent me during a trying time. I felt very comfortable as they guided me through the entire court process, a very successful process I might add.

  We used Jenny to prepare estate planning for a parent, and she came up with a quick plan to protect an asset. She drafted a quit claim deed and a death of joint tenant. When an unhappy sibling found out, there was accusations of stealing the house. When detectives asked Jenny Doling if she drafted the documents, she denied that she did. Being held on a million dollar bail, and in jail for 11 days, we hired the best attorney in San Diego. The one million dollar bail case was thrown out, because we could prove Jenny supplied the documents. We later sued Jenny for malpractice and won a large out of court settlement. We were instructed to not go to any media or news papers, but we feel everyone should know what Jenny did. The case we filed was MCV 06893 in San Bernardino, and the settlement case was, ADRS 07-0266. The case was settled by Lawyers Mutual in Burbank Ca, represented by Ault Schonfeld Jordan and Monro. We tried to get the BAR involved and the Attorney General, but it is hard to get an attorney disciplined.

  "Jenny Doling is the Jerry Maguire of attorneys!" I have been in and out of court numerous times(36 plus) representing myself in divorce proceedings over three years and I have seen it all! I have watched judges and attorneys, plaintiffs and respondents and at the end of the day its all just people and a huge mess! (Riverside county, Indio) I recently appeared at my hearing in Riverside and could not have been more impressed not only by the structure and efficiency of this court but Mrs. Doling herself. I was unprepared to answer a few questions regarding my business but Mrs. Doling had all my records right immediately when I needed them. More importantly, Mrs. Doling cares! We had only met once before I engaged her company so I didn't recognize me when i saw her. We sat outside for 5 mins to talk about the upcoming hearing and I looked at her and asked...."How can you do this every day?" Now I know how much attorneys charge and its a business but she simply replied back to me that "she is helping people through some tough times, which she found rewarding." That is what is lacking today with some many attorneys, its just about the buck and to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I have heard this line before but when I watched her help an elderly couple get through their hearing....she put her hand on the elderly mans shoulder and said....now are you guys going to be ok getting home?" That people is called empathy and it was sincere and only my observation, but it make me smile and gave me a little bit of long overdue confidence in the system and some people. I also want to say that her entire staff and office are exceptional. Thank you John Reynolds
